Our Position on AI-Generated Content
All content on VIVIDI is 100% AI-generated. No real persons, photographs, or copyrighted works were used as direct input to generate our content. Our AI models are trained on licensed datasets and generate entirely synthetic imagery.
DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content on VIVIDI infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include:
Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email)
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature
Where to Send Notices
Submit DMCA notices via our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". We will respond within 5 business days.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include your name, contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error, and your signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
VIVIDI maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
